OLA International Safeguarding Training Underway in Dublin

OLA Sisters from Europe, the Middle East and Africa converge on Dublin for ten day event

An OLA International Safeguarding Training event commenced on Monday last (October 3rd) at the Emmaus Retreat Centre in Dublin.

Child Safeguarding Contact Personnel from thirteen OLA entities are represented at the event: Ireland, Italy, Egypt, Lebanon, Nigeria, Ghana, Togo, Benin, Chad, Burkina-Niger, Botswana, Ivory Coast and Tanzania.

One of the main aims of the training is to deepen the awareness of and commitment to Child Safeguarding.
